Shipping Restrictions: We only ship within the United States & Canada at this time. We do not offer international shipping outside of Canada at this time.

Order Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. *This does not include orders that contain a preorder item. All orders with preorder items will ship together.* While we strive to process orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Carriers: We utilize reputable shipping carriers for all deliveries (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc).

Order Tracking: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package's delivery status. Please check your spam if you did not receive an order update. 

Lost or Stolen Packages: Everyday Woof is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, please file a claim with the carrier. Our responsibility ends once the package is handed off and scanned to the carrier unless the product you receive is faulty. 

Returned Packages: In the event that a package is returned to us to due incorrect address or missing details, you will be responsible for a re-shipping cost.
