SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping Restrictions: We only ship within the United States & Canada at this time. We do not offer international shipping outside of Canada at this time.
Shipping to Hawaii: please note that shipping to Hawaii can take anywhere from 3-5 business days to 4 weeks to deliver depending on the package. USPS typically ships packages under 1 lb by air and all other packages by boat which means it can take up to 4 weeks to deliver.

Order Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 2-6 business days from the date of purchase. *This does not include orders that contain a preorder item. All orders with preorder items will ship together.* While we strive to process orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather delays, and unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Carriers: We utilize reputable shipping carriers for all deliveries (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc).
Order Tracking: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package's delivery status. Please check your spam if you did not receive an order update.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Everyday Woof is not liable for any lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Our responsibility ends once the package is handed off and scanned to the carrier unless the product you receive is faulty. Please refer to our returns & exchanges for faulty or damaged packages.
Damages or Defects: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at hello@everydaywoof.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We cannot address issues reported after 7 days.
Returned Packages: In the event that a package is returned to us to due incorrect address or missing details, you will be responsible for a re-shipping cost.
