We do not accept returns or make any exchanges at this time but we may make exceptions. Please inspect your package within 48 hours of delivery to confirm you have received all your ordered items and to ensure there are no damages or defects.
Food (Treats, Chews, Toppers, etc): If your pup does not enjoy their new treat/topper (or any food related item) please let us know (within 1 week of delivery) and we would be more than happy to provide a credit for another item to try! Email us: hello@everydaywoof.com
Damages or Defects: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at hello@everydaywoof.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We cannot address issues reported after 7 days.
